Nova Creatio Data Labs was founded in 2022 by Tobias Schultz, an industry veteran with 15 years of data science experience ranging from computational solid-state physics to building multi-million-dollar data product business lines for companies.

Our mission is to create new business value from business’s data streams, using these principles:

1. Understand what our clients need, not just what they want. Using user needs analysis techniques, we learn your root needs and core problems before we design and build anything.

2. Creativity is a core part of service design — and so is collaboration with our clients. We foster creative thinking, and work collaboratively with our clients to imagine the best solutions for their problems. No matter how technical an end solution may be, it always starts with imagination.

3. Unbiased and platform-agnostic solutions. We have no vested interest in any existing platform, whether it be for analytics or data warehousing. Our interest is our client’s interest, and we only recommend the use of licensed SaaS if it is the best solution available.

4. Clear upfront pricing and contract terms. Unlike most consultants, we do not charge by the hour; our contracts are fixed price, providing clear expectations in advance of what you will pay, and what you will get.
